This policy outlines our process and guidelines to assist you in the rare instance of dissatisfaction or order issues.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking and payment gateway charges.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
Invalid Reasons for Cancellation:
- “Changed my mind” after order confirmation.
- “Found the item cheaper elsewhere.”
Customers are expected to confirm their purchase decision before placing the order. Once submitted, an order becomes a legally binding contract.

15-Day Replacement & Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day replacement window from the date of delivery for specific issues:
Replacement applies in these cases:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Product is defective
- Product received is not as ordered
- Product was misrepresented on the website
What We Do:
- We will first attempt to repair the product.
- If not repairable, we will replace it.
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
- Pickup will be arranged by Lotus Homespace for eligible return cases.
Important: Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. If the product has been misused, self-installed, water-damaged, or tampered with, the request will be declined.
Exchanges (Within 15 Days)
We only replace products that are defective or damaged and reported within 15 days of delivery.

- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only when:
- A valid return has been accepted
- A product cannot be repaired or replaced
Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 18 working days after the return is received and approved.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card provider.
- Then contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Return Conditions & Packing
- The product must be securely packed.
- Improper packaging will result in cancellation of return.
Custom Furniture Products
- Custom-made items are non-refundable as they are built to customer specifications.
- In case of shipping damage, Lotus Homespace will repair the product.
- Delivery of custom furniture may be delayed, and such delays will be communicated in advance.
Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale or under promotions cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made furniture
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Flammable, hazardous, or restricted goods
